Complaints
If something went wrong, tell us. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
1. Tell DIALE
- Clients can log a complaint in the Client Portal. Anyone can e-mail info@diale.co.za or call 087 265 3889.
- Give your order or call number and say what happened and what you'd like us to do.
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and give you a reference number.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 business days and tell you the outcome in writing. If it takes longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- If you're not happy with the answer, ask for it to go to a director, who replies within 10 business days.
2. If it isn't resolved
- Goods and services
- The Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), www.cgso.org.za. Complain to us first and give us 15 business days. The Ombud's service is free.
- Consumer rights
- The National Consumer Commission.
- Your personal information
- The Information Regulator: POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za, 010 023 5200.
- Credit (once offered)
- The Credit Ombud or the National Credit Regulator.
3. What we keep
We keep a record of every complaint and its outcome, and review them every month to find what we need to fix.
