DIANO IT is the online IT shop of DIALE Consulting. The law (section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) asks every online shop to show who it is and how it works. This page does that.

How ordering works
- Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price beside them. Every fee is shown in the cart before you pay.
- You can review and correct your order before paying.
- Payments are made through PayFast. DIANO IT never sees or keeps your card number.
- Rentals and monthly plans are paid a month in advance. A month that isn't paid doesn't start.
- New hardware is paid before or on delivery.
- Every contract is signed online with a one-time code, and both sides get a sealed copy.
Returns and cancelling
- If you are an individual (not a company), you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery, or of signing a service agreement, without a reason. This doesn't apply to a service you asked us to start within those 7 days.
- Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded under the Consumer Protection Act.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 30 days.
