How renting works
Simple terms, in plain words
Paid in advance
Each month is paid by card before it starts. If a month isn't paid, it doesn't start, so there is never a debt to chase.
Insured and supported
DIALE insures its own devices. If one breaks, we repair or swap it. You pay only the excess for loss or damage.
Upgrade or extend
Change to a newer model, add devices or extend the term from the Client Portal.
Returned and wiped
At the end we collect the device and wipe it to a recognised standard, with a certificate for your records.
Protected if lost
Rented devices can be located and locked if they are lost, stolen or not paid for. We explain exactly when before you sign.
Want to keep it?
Buy it at market value at the end, or choose rent-to-own from the start.
Studying? Student laptops come with Microsoft 365, antivirus and repairs, per semester or per year.
